Which information we process
- Browsing data: technical information required to deliver pages, protect the service and diagnose errors.
- Form data: name, email, optional phone number and company, area of interest and message content.
- Cookie preferences: your choices for necessary, analytics and marketing categories, stored in your browser.
- Measurement data: only after consent, visited pages, device, approximate source and interactions used to understand the website and campaigns.

Why we use the data
Protecting the website
We use essential technical data for security, abuse prevention and service continuity on the basis of legitimate interests.
Measuring and improving
With your consent, we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand use of the website and improve pages and content.
Assessing campaigns
With separate consent, Google Ads tools may be activated to measure conversions and campaign performance.

Analytics and marketing cookies remain disabled until you make a choice. Closing the banner is treated as refusal of non-essential cookies.
5. Google tools
Google Tag Manager, Analytics 4 and Ads
The website is set up to load Google Tag Manager only after the relevant consent. Google Consent Mode v2 communicates statistics and advertising preferences separately. If you refuse, non-essential tags are not loaded by the website.
Google Tag Manager organises tags; Google Analytics 4 produces aggregated usage statistics; Google Ads may measure actions following a campaign. The functions actually used depend on the tags published in the container.

6. Retention and recipients
How long and with whom
Contact enquiries that do not lead to further work are retained for the time needed to reply and, as a rule, no longer than 12 months. Data linked to a contract may be retained longer when administrative, tax or legal obligations require it.
Data may be processed by technical providers required to run the website, including Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for anti-spam protection when enabled, Resend for form delivery, and Google for measurement or campaigns only according to your preferences.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using the transfer safeguards set out in their terms and applicable law.
7. Choices and rights
You can change your mind
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and may withdraw consent without affecting previous processing.
